I purchased a boat from them, however the motor speed is not as advertised. They just postpone the appointment every time I want servicing, stating the engine produces an odd noise. It’s been almost a month since they’ve contacted me.
Masterplast has some of the most annoying vendors and merchants I have ever encountered. There are no rules in place, and the people that work there are unprofessional. This is not a firm I would recommend to anyone.
