This is all a ruse! No one will be able to assist you in this situation. I had attempted to contact them several times but had received no answer. Take precautions! This is completely untrustworthy!
They cleaned my place after I hired them. I had previously scheduled a cleaning appointment. They didn’t arrive on time, and the cleaning was inadequate. The service was poor, and communication was difficult.
It’s tough for me to communicate with them. They don’t understand what you want right away, and based on my experience, they keep asking me the same questions I’ve previously told them. In actuality, all I want to do is make sure that my studio is spotless.
